A Few Years Ago, Nobody Would Have Built This App

A few years ago, nobody would have built this app.
I love travelling to Asia, and I've always spent too long comparing flights. Weather. Stopovers. Price. Red-eyes.
So I spent about half an hour building an app that does it the way I want.
It pulls Google's flight data, puts the options on a map, and ranks them by what my family actually cares about: daytime flights, good weather, school holidays, trip cost and visas.
Nothing fancy. But we use it most weeks, and it's a genuine delight.
That's the part I find interesting.
Software used to need enough users to justify building it.
Now an app for one family is a lunchtime project.
What a time to be alive.
